Where are your socks manufactured?
All of our grip socks are manufactured in China. We then ship the finished socks to our warehouse in Ohio where inventory is managed.

I just opened my park and don’t know how many socks to order. What’s the best option for me?
Our standard grip socks are a great starting point if you’re not sure how quickly you’ll move through your inventory. You can order the standard grip socks as needed with no lead time required. If you are interested in creating custom grip socks, we are happy to work with you to create an inventory forecast and manage your inventory efficiently.

Can I print with the exact colors in my logo?
Yes, while we do have a selection of standard color options, we can also use the Pantone® Matching System (PMS) to match any color!

How long does it take for custom grip socks to arrive?
Production time is 120 days for new orders. After your first order, we strongly recommend taking advantage of the stocking agreement so that your inventory can be held in our warehouse for just-in-time delivery. Without a stocking agreement, reorders take 90 days for delivery. Please contact us for more information on placing an order!

Do you offer free samples?
Yes! We offer free samples as well as free prototype samples of your custom design. Please contact us to request samples.

Do I have to pay for shipping?
Yes, shipping costs will vary depending on the size of your order and your location. Please contact us for a quote.
